EcoTraining is one of the first companies to conduct formal training programs for nature guides. They are known in the industry as the pioneers and leaders in field guide and nature training. They started in 1993 with a mission to raise the standard of guiding in Africa. EcoTraining is the oldest field guide training company in Africa.

Corne Schalkwyk of EcoTraining takes us on a walk through the famed fever tree forest in the Makuleke concession in the far northern part of the Kruger National Park, and then venturing out onto the open floodplains. It looks to be something to be treasured on any given day. Add to that the whisperings of “Pssst, lions!”, and it turns into something magical. The students currently at Makuleke doing a trails guide course (with Bruce as lead instructor) as part of their yearlong course, where just that fortunate.

It’s cool when people under promise and over deliver right?

Well, according to the Japanese blog Macotakara, that’s exactly what the folks at iHospital predicted as related to them by their good friends at Apple were doing with the iPad 3 introduction date.  In one of iHospital's previous post, 5 Epic epic features of the new iPad 3,  they informed everyone that it was expected to debut in March or April, 2012. Perhaps they were wrong!

A BACK TO THE FUTURE EPISODE

I ran across this Pssst and at first didn't realize the publication date - April 9th, 2006

I'm reading this article and saying to myself that the concepts are rational today, but the writer is drawing on such old information, Gore, Bush... not a single mention of the current slate of characters. AND THEN IT HITS ME! 2006.

This is a long winded (left leaning) editorial from Time Magazine, but on the whole shows that politicking hasn't progressed in decades.
